PAD is a mobile app that allows users — whether they need a flatmate or a room — to find what they want. It matches tenants and landlords based on the geolocation and personal preferences.
Choose the role (depending on the purpose, it may be tenant or landlord), indicate preferences, and a matching algorithm will give the most relevant options.
To better understand the target audience,
we carried out competitor research.
We downloaded competitors’ apps
and examined the main pros and cons.
Then made a Mind Map and built a prototype.
Once it was approved, started working on the UI.
We developed the matching algorithm
that establishes the connection between tenant
and landlord based on the preferences of both.
No one loses time scrolling 100 options to the bottom.
One second and the best offers are at hand.
Just like Tinder for those who hunt for a flat.
We made it possible for users who have just
downloaded the app to see app suggestions
without logging or signing in. When the user
is in urgent need of a place to stay or live in,
he/she can go through Discover and see
all housing options in a guest mode.
